      Good people in the field trying to do their job.

      Upper management is oblivious to how to run a service department! Cummins Allison was a succesful privately owned company until a little over four years ago when CPI purchased. First thing CPI did was bring in new leadership from the outside which was the beginning of the downfall. We are under the third leadership group in four years, all came in knowing nothing about the business. Current leadership is failing miserably and the CEO isn't doing anything about it. Good, experienced employees are leaving, morale is at an all-time low.

      A frequently used term is collaboration, I've been very fortunate to work at some amazing places, but CPI is the most collaborative and welcoming place I've ever had the pleasure of working, it's been wonderful. Great partnering with our leaders and my HR colleagues.
