      Great peers and years of knowledge

      The company is in a downward spiral. What started as a MEI is just a shell of itself. The corporate overloads attempt to force 150 year old ideas on a modern tech company resulting in no productivity. The CISO has no clue how to allow technical people to work. The senior leadership only looks out for each other with total disregard for the people that do the work. Soon the house of cards will fall. The amount of micromanagement is nothing short of amazing. The amount of reviews any documentation is given results in something so dumbed down to a point of being useless. We are all waiting for anything so we can leave this ship.

      CPI is a leader in the Cash Handling business - significantly enhanced when they purchased MEI

      Cons

      The Company Culture is not healthy - lots of cliques - lack of trust - non-visionary. Cash is no longer King and that fact is starting to sink in but too slowly
