      HR takes good care of employees. Good fancy restaurant meals. Good Boss, good people to work with.

      Cons

      -Coding horror. -Lack of new projects. -When there is something new, only selected people get to work on it.

      Pros

      Flexibility and committed team. Mostly great people to work with at the staff level. C-Level leadership all changed during the acquisition by Crane and the culture of the company has completely shifted.

      Cons

      New management manages strictly by the numbers and is crushing the innovative spirit of the engineering staff. Mike was a great CEO and a tough act to follow, but Crane management isn't in the same league.
