Pros

Flexibility and committed team. Mostly great people to work with at the staff level. C-Level leadership all changed during the acquisition by Crane and the culture of the company has completely shifted.

Cons

New management manages strictly by the numbers and is crushing the innovative spirit of the engineering staff. Mike was a great CEO and a tough act to follow, but Crane management isn't in the same league.

Pros

Salary and benefits are excellent. Perks such as free coffee, lunches and snacks are common as well as free gym and fitness classes.

Cons

You can either adapt to the culture or you cannot. It is that simple. There is a pervasive "laissez faire" policy that cannot be over come. Don't try to get things done on your schedule as things will happen when they happen. Very limited sense of urgency.
