A few potlucks and events in office. Donuts. Pizza. Good colleagues. 401k match

Old outdated systems. Constant lay-offs. No structure. Expensive health insurance. Accrued pto. Old boys club in management. I didn't believe the other reviews written, and now I am here. Hard to get ahold of management when escalations occur. Most of the work is done through emails; you need to use 20 different systems to complete one thing. There is a lack of organization to this company.
