flexible schedule, easy work, company car, no micromanagement, commission is decent in new territory.

Cons

Training could use improvement, innovation in product and more diversity. All the clinical studies are old and repetitive. The position can get redundant visiting the same accounts too frequently with nothing new to bring. Not enough opportunity to advance or to stay long term.
