Engaged staff, strong leadership, integrity- it was evident that the company really valued its employees, who in turn genuinely cared about each and every family they helped. Great perks and benefits! Lots of opportunity where this company is headed, they're actively growing and opening new locations.

Cons

As someone with very little healthcare background (I was employed as a graphic designer for their corporate office,) learning the HIPAA laws and how we needed to observe them as a marketing team was pretty overwhelming to me. That being said, that was much more of a "me" thing than a company thing!
