Pros

Babies Innovative technology Treatment works and helps

Cons

Incompetent management - You know it’s bad when almost everyone talks about the manager behind their back Not inclusive or diverse - People of color (employees and patients) are treated poorly and overlooked. There are barely any BIPOC promoted or put in management roles. Clientele - Majority are rude, entitled, late, treat staff like servants, and act like it’s not a medical treatment that is being provided. Benefits

Pros

Babies. Head shapes do change most of the time. Some nice, supportive coworkers.

Cons

Health insurance has limited coverage. I felt the "trainer" in Lombard was very condescending, always had to be right and one up everyone. I never felt this way when being trained as a student or as a new therapist. I did not go to school for 6+ years to feel this disrespected. Some "senior" coworkers are not supportive or helpful and make you feel like you are being a bother by asking for help when it is needed for the best interests of the patient.

Pros

Company Car. Perfect job for those with a family that want a 9-5pm or new to sales.

Cons

This is a job full of over ambitious opportunity and unrealistic goals. The product lacks value amongs clinical leaders in the industry. Representative are selling based on old data from the early 80's and find themselves in a deadened career if they stay.
