Pros

None since Crash took over Service King

Cons

They just did a nationwide pay CUT for every service advisor in the country averaging 25-35% decrease . We were told one week before Christmas. They are expecting more from us and paying us less

Pros

2 days remote Pay if you know the right people

Cons

Benefits are expensive and terrible. 60-70 hour weeks Sun-Sat Expected to work on PTO No promotion opportunity unless you have a director friend. Board has lost sight of reality No “life changing lottery” for corporate employees. No HR presence. Profanities are expected. High turnover in all departments. Mentally toxic environment. Expect to be thrown under the bus for others mistakes. Expect for others to take credit for your successes. No communication between departments.

Lies & Deceit

Pros

Z E R O Pros

Cons

Lay offs, firing quality/honest employees because they confronted management about time cards being changed, talented body techs leaving for other shops because of lousy gm’s, and zero leadership. Toxic employees stay and the good ones are leaving one by one. Customers receive their vehicle with a final bill showing what parts were installed. Truth is, several of those parts weren’t even installed because they weren’t delivered in time. The customer and their insurance company are none the wiser. It’s wrong. It’s illegal. But, hey, we got the vehicle out on time. That’s the only language that Crash higher-ups understand. They know it’s happening and they’re positively okay with it. Anyone with high values or integrity don’t last because it’s painful to watch the deceit and the devaluing of employees. Over and over again. I’ve never seen myself as a quitter but I can no longer be a part of the organization and am currently searching for a new job.
