Pros
Interesting work on cutting edge hardware. Flexible working hours. Vacation time is reasonable although entirely off the books.
Cons
Minimal match for 401K contributions Bonuses are random in that they may have nothing to do with what you do. Extreme effort on you part does not mean you get a bonus. When bonuses are paid by the company, extra effort does not mean that you get a larger bonus. Since vacation is off the books, you are NOT paid for unused vacation.
