Pros

- Decent vacation package among its peers - Formerly had great medical/dental with low premiums - Ability to interact with people from all over the world

Cons

- Product has deteriorated in quality due to cost-cutting measures - Management lays blame on Sales Associates for slow sales without taking into account changing consumer habits due to the Great Recession - Often incompetent and sycophantic store managers who care not for their employees
