Pros
Crazy Shirts is a great company to work for! It is not like a corporate environment that treats you like a number, rather the owners and executives of the company do listen to employee feedback and take the time to speak to the individual about the company. I've worked for other corporate company's that only care about metrics and KPI's, but at Crazy Shirts they value individual's and create a more comfortable environment for everyone to work in.
Cons
They do expect work to get done, and will correct and coach employees who are underperforming, so there are consequences for poor attendance and performance.
