they give you the tools you need to succeed. All you need is the ambition and great work ethic. A lot of great people there on the production floor and in the offices.

Lay offs when times are slow

Cons

Electronics is a small industry in Vancouver, BC; there is still a room to improve training, compensation, medical coverage and benefits.
