-Extensive orientation training -Opportunity to learn -Centralized open office layout, close to other Dept. -Team "everyone the same" culture

Cons

-Flat org structure leads to toxic workplace: bullying, backstabbing. Everyone NOT same. -Error prone complicated custom unprotected programs -Toxic Politics

Family Type atmosphere

Pros

- Family Type atmosphere (if you can socialize no division in levels in organization) - Nice Culture,Great Communication with immediate supervisors, Great Social & Health Awareness Team - Good Test Engineers - Nice Benefits - Town Hall (budget meetings)

Cons

- promotion depends on company budget -bad sales team - Non-transparent atmosphere - Family based hiring rather than quality knowledgeable staff -several bad employees still (family related employees ) stay while hard working employees get laid off first - Bad spending habits - Bad new CEO caused huge reduction without knowing facts rather looked at numbers (Data oriented CEO then knowledge/person/communication oriented) - Some people tend to take the easier way to do things rather then following procedures (half -done work) - quality efficiency reduced - Bad organization and work ethic - Bad Compensation/Salary - Segregation and Fake people who claim to be friendly and stab you behind your back - self preservation is priority when company is going through a rough time rather then supporting each other - Not guaranteed bonuses due to overestimation of budget (need realistic budgeting)
