You have to be carefull and keep your eyes wide open when working with people which have only a friendly approach, but with low education or professional background.

-Family oriented environment -Team members are open and very friendly -Company involved in many community practices -Small company, quick recognition -No experience necessary

Cons

-Product quality inconsistent -Lack of integrity and strategic direction -Disingenuous team members -Little room for advancement due to flat organization -Questionable financial practices -Nepotism (family members reporting to each other)

-Great Culture!!! - Easy to build relationships - Communication is good amongst all levels of staff - Easy learning curve - Well supported staff -Good Benefits - Family like atmosphere -Pot Lucks, Birthday Lunches, BBQ's

Cons

-Salary not the best -Shutdown days -Not much room for advancement -Bad budgeting - Bad decision making - Got to clean everything yourself (brooming, vacuuming, etc.) - Building maintenance issues time to time (gas leaks, etc.)
