Overall, great culture & people focused at plant level.

Cons

Some leaders do not practice what they preach. Others do not follow-up on their actions to support your customers or company goals. While a small number do what's best for their upward movement with little consideration to ethics or what's right for the customer/company.

Lots of talent. Teams are eager to work together and collaborate.

Cons

Equity owned: Only cares about the bottom line. Does not invest in their employees. Has regular layoffs 3 to 4 times a year to meet the bottom line, then turns around and spends thousands to fill vacant positions just to turn around and repeat the cycle of loss.
