Travel, if you’re friends with the person assigning programs and can get assigned good destinations you’ll see the world.

Cons

HR is a joke, Management is a joke. The company is losing business hand over fist. They are losing business because the account directors and account executives travel on site when they should be in the office working and tending to client needs. The account managers are expected to execute promises made that are not realistic. There’s no work life balance unless you’re friends with the account directors. They will work good people into the ground while others account managers are doing the bare minimum. If you’re considering working here - run as fast as you can!

You are not a number and can truly make an impact if you choose to. Hard working and fun colleagues. Sensible leadership. Always looking for ways to work smarter. Professional environment for the most part. A company that truly cares about its employees, clients and suppliers. Very inspiring CEO.

Cons

There are some employees who aren’t open to change and it gets old witnessing leadership listen to them constantly complain.
