May be stretched thin during peak project cycles. Sometimes slow to implement client or internal feedback. Needs a more streamlined review and revision process.

Nothing is good. All good reviews are totally fake and intern architects are forced to review good in return of their experience letter. They blackmail people, hold salary of of employees who has resigned until they cry in front of them. Appraisal is done in 16 months, only 1 leave per month and 0.25 is just a joke, salary date is 10 but if you take leave in first 10 days then your salary will be on hold and come after 10 working days(excluding weekends off) means around 15th of month, whole management speak very harsh, employers cares about team leads only and treat juniors like they don't have any respect, they will scold you openly in front of anyone, and most importantly all females remain annoyed due to touching behavior of employer. Female remain frustrated due uncomfortable touching in uncomfortable areas. Attrition rate is very in this company, most employees resign In few months.
