Awesome colleagues, beautiful new office, growth opportunities, good benefits, travel opportunities.
Cons
The company is experiencing growing pains, which is hard for some tenured employees to adapt to. Sometimes there isn't a great work/life balance. Pay isn't that great but I think it is pretty standard for the industry.
