      Pros

      Creative Lodging Solutions is always trying to find new ways to mix in fun at the workplace. Also, leadership is always tweaking the vision for the future of the company, to provide consistent growth and security for the current and future employees. CLS also strives to provide incentives & benefits that make employment and staying more attractive.

      Cons

      There it little down time, especially in the operations department, as there is always work to be done and the flow seldom slows down. While hard to take a breath at times, the constant pace does provide job security. Also, the continued growth does at times lose a bit of the personal flair that was present when the company was smaller.

      Pros

      A family atmosphere where employees feel valued. They are constantly seeking ways to make the job enjoyable. They do things that other companies don't even dream of doing. Lots of opportunities to do a good job and be rewarded for it. Severl internal transfers and employee success stories.

      Cons

      Fast Paced - Sense of Urgency - so if you are not up for change and quick pace, may not be the place for you.

      Creative Lodging Solutions has been named one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky the past 5 years and the leadership team works hard at developing this culture. The company offers paid time off for community service initiatives in addition to vacation time. They provide lots of employee lunches, contests, and prizes throughout the year.

      Cons

      Fast growth brings with it lots of changes so be prepared for ever evolving job roles and office space. This is the perfect environment for someone who enjoys opportunities to learn new things.
