Pros

Great company culture and great co-workers.

Cons

Health insurance costs are ridiculous and the coverage is virtually non-existent. I'm basically paying so that I don't get fined by the government at the end of the year. Not a whole lot of room for advancement in some areas. Certain departments get preferential treatment and recognition from leadership while others receive less acknowledgement for their work and accomplishments.

Pros

CLS is so wonderful in the fact it allow you to put family first before your job! So flexible with making up hours and time off when you have emergencies. They are constantly cheering you on and rewarding hard work. I have never felt so appreciated as I do with creative lodging! Not sure there has been a week there yet I have l prayed for the weekend!

Cons

Health insurance is not affordable. Other than that I have not seen anything to complain over that I would consider a con

Pros

Community service time, they give you 40 hours paid to do community service work. Christmas Club, you can deduct as much as you want then they match up to a certain amount depending on how long you have been there. They pay Dental 100% for the employee.

Cons

They pay 100% employee dental, but rake you over the coals for all other medical benefits. They don't close for bad weather (snowmaggedons, ice storms, none of it) and say they would rather you be safe, but pressure you to either drive in or stay over night and don't care that you might have stuff at home to take care of or a vehicle that is not equipped for that kind of weather. Nepotism happens, especially in Operations. Some of leadership is very cliqueish. If they like you, you're good. If they don't, they'll make work miserable for you. If you don't buy into what they're selling (internally) then they'll do what it takes to get rid of you. They were an amazing company to work for when I first started. Now I wouldn't let my worst enemy go to work there. They care about making money not their clients or employees. They do not practice what they preach.
