      Pros

      CLS is so wonderful in the fact it allow you to put family first before your job! So flexible with making up hours and time off when you have emergencies. They are constantly cheering you on and rewarding hard work. I have never felt so appreciated as I do with creative lodging! Not sure there has been a week there yet I have l prayed for the weekend!

      Health insurance is not affordable. Other than that I have not seen anything to complain over that I would consider a con

      Pros

      Christian based and focused company. Provides training for personal and business growth & improvement. Treats employees with lunches, gifts, weekly prize drawings, tenure recognition, birthday and anniversary spins, etc. Paid holidays including Black Friday and Christmas Eve. Trasnfer and promotion opportunities because the company is growing so fast.

      Cons

      Expensive health insurance. All of the departments are not recognized the same way when they're hard work and effort shows, but when they do, they do it big!

      Pros

      Great benefits, paid holidays, flexible scheduling, infinite opportunities for promotion, rapidly growing company, a leadership team that genuinely cares about the employees, ability to grow my skills.

      Cons

      Not as many benefits for part-time employees, could grow even more by adding telecommuting opportunities, our processes are very manual for our jobs.
