      Pros

      Great People. Free food from time to time.

      Cons

      This was a great place to work, but unfortunately the rapid growth of this company has left them unprepared. The job you sign up for will ultimately change at some point. It appears the company may have grown a little too fast and leadership is unsure of how to handle the volume. The stress is nowhere near worth the little they pay.

      We are a rapidly growing company and new positions and new career paths are continuously available. As we expand, job responsibilities may change from time to time to handle the growing needs of clients. We've added numerous new jobs in the past year and just completed building and moving into new, larger offices. We're sorry to hear you've found this growth process stressful and recommend that you review your role with your supervisor if you have questions about your responsibilities and how your position fits into the overall growth strategy or speak with HR to explore new career opportunities within the company.

      Growing Company with Growing Problems

      Pros

      In general the company cares about the employees and attempts to create a positive culture. The company is growing and appears to be financially stable for the moment.

      Cons

      Overall the company lacks strategic direction. Leadership decisions are chaotic and contradictory resulting in confusion and wasted effort. Projects and operational changes at the company receive little critical analysis and once implemented (if they are ever implemented) provide little or no return given the time and money invested. On the surface the company appears to be a place where any employee can make an impact however after years of working there I have found this is not true. Leadership will listen to suggestions but rarely takes them seriously. CLS may be good for an entry level position however you will find little long term satisfaction if you having a positive impact and completing projects is important to you.

      Creative Lodging Solutions' continued fast growth has led to new job creation and evolving processes and responsibilities as we expand. Several employee suggestions were implemented by the leadership team over the past year and have resulted in better procedures and increased revenue. We encourage all employees to actively participate in shaping the future of CLS.
