      Seems Employees who leave Creative Lodging Solutions or get terminated likely for not working as hard as the rest of us, all of a sudden hate the company. For the employee who left the review "Protect yourself", YOU ARE JUST LYING. I have been here for almost a year and I assure you this company is BETTER than any company or job I have ever worked. I have never worked where my supervisor and the bosses all up the chain cared as much as these folks here. They are very caring and all management seems great. Communication is really good and we all know what we are expected to do in our job. Loose your job. YES I have seen people who work here and talk all day and not work and make mistakes I have to fix loose their job. YEA!! - The last company I worked for they never fired anyone and all us who did our job, did not like doing there work. At least here you know what is expected and as long as you do your job everyone is happy. you are lying probably because you got fired for not doing your job. Get ready to Loose your job the next day SERIOUSLY........ The company I work for Creative Lodging Solutions won Best Places To Work in KY 7 out of the last 8 years so yea everyone thinking about joining CLS let that be your guide or let someone who got fired and probably did not take responsibility for their own performance be your guide.

      Pay me more. I started here making $12 per hour and now I make $15. I think everyone should make $20 per hour.

      Very nice office with lots of space. Strong ego ed CEO/Founder who calls all the shots.

      Cons

      If joining this company make sure you are ready to loose your job the next day when the wind blows in a new direction and the senior management team changes their mind. No real communication, just do your work, culture does not want feedback and when you give it senior team, CEO, just explains how much better they are than others and does nothing. Employees see this and then do not offer any suggestions in the future. Do your homework and look at all the turnover in the supervisory team that reports to senior team.

      We appreciate your taking the time to give us feedback — something we value and take seriously. In fact, we even have several platforms and opportunities to share ideas within our work week here at CLS. Comments and concerns (every day of the year and on every initiative) are taken, with anonymity as an option. We then make sure all feedback is reviewed and addressed. If you gave feedback and feel it was not heard, please let us know so we can make sure that does not happen again. The vast majority of people who lose their jobs at CLS do so because of simple things like attendance issues. Over 80% of the changes mentioned in the review were a result of listening to employees. Quickly implementing new, good changes are valued at our organization; we are very upfront about this in our culture. Properly managing change was also a common topic in feedback, so at the beginning of this year we invested in a change management program. This initiative strives to implement and communicate changes in the most thoughtful way possible to everyone impacted by the change.
