      Pros

      The company mission, vision, and values are extraordinary. The company gives back to the community and offers employees one week a year for community service (this week is in addition to vacation time). They've been a "Best Place" to work in KY for several years in a row and truly care about their employees. The company has a lot of fun events....Company Picnic, Thanksgiving Feast, Christmas Party, Easter Egg Hunt, and much more. CLS is a growing company with a strong Leadership team who listens to and cares about all employees.

      Cons

      Health insurance is expensive. The company is growing rapidly and things change rapidly (so growing pains are inevitable).

      I can honestly say this has been the best place of employment I’ve ever been apart of.

      Pros

      The culture, the management (both lower and upper) and absolutely the people. I have no personal problems or issues with anyone of my coworkers and I can say that a few of them are my best friends.

      Cons

      The only negative to the job is the pace because everything is moving quickly to get the job done. Now that isn’t a problem that I have because I prefer to stay busy any how but I can see how others may not like this style.
