Zero organizational integrity, starting at the top, The overall rating for this company would be much lower if it weren't for all the fake 5 star reviews that staff are encouraged to do. And yes, they win top workplace awards but the small print explains the data of participating companies for those surveys, so read that and you'll see how much weight those awards really carry. They operate under the guise of servant leadership which, during my employment with them, they could neither define nor practice. Instead, the reality at the corporate level is filled with undermining, gaslighting, and overall toxicity that centers on cliques as other posters mentioned. Projects run differently but they each have their own set of issues for various reasons.
