There are some really interesting, hard working people at this company (though they tend to leave due to lack of upward mobility, micromanagement and bad leadership)

Cons

Management doesn't know how to make the company better or what direction is needed. They keep hiring and firing people which is really bad for any employees' career. President Matthew Dorman is an autocratic dictator who has created fear and divisiveness among his team. If you want to work at one of the most toxic companies, this is the right place. I am very happy to have moved on.

You will learn a lot about your strengths and weaknesses in terms of your career. Sales experience that will go a long way on your resume.

Cons

The most individualistic company experienced in my entire career. Management sets up a very cutthroat environment. They do not care about your personal success, only the bottom line of the company. They talk the talk but don't always walk the walk.

The good I experienced here was the not-so-bad days when I get a good schedule and things are a little quiet.

Cons

We don't get any extra support from the company and will let you off once your health declines. But the reason for that is also because of the job and the pressure they put on us. We carry this extreme pressure and destroy our health.
