      Credit Acceptance is known for having a great listening Culture. This company doesn't just say they listen they actually do. You can submit a red tape and go straight to the CEO, Townhalls, CEO roundtables every quarter in each site, management & Human Resources. The values the company lives by are called PRIDE: Positive, Respectful, Insightful, Direct and Earnest. Each Team Member are evaluated every month and knows where they stand with their performance and nothing is a surprise. It's truly a Great Place to Work!!! Highly recommend!!

      Management staff great legal team unlimited growth potential very professional team environment good opportunity to learn the business from a 40 year old company

      Hard sell lots of travel customers already have there minds made up before you go in to prospect them for the opportunity CAC provides them.
