I have been in the Auto Finance business for 10+ years working at some of the major banks in our industry. I can say without a doubt Credit Acceptance is by far the best company I have had the pleasure to work for. The culture is fantastic from top management all the way down the chain. The opportunity to grow with the company is available if you apply yourself and use the tools they give you to grow your business. There is an open door policy with management and always feel comfortable talking about any problems or suggestions. I highly recommend CAC.
