Pros

Amazing listening culture that takes info from their employees and makes real changes. Great compensation with a flexible work life balance. Industry leader with a proven track record of success.

Cons

Truly the best company I have worked for. There are continuous little tweaks to the sales process and product that can be added, but these are part of the continuous evolution of any company.

Pros

Coming from outside the industry, Credit Acceptance has done an amazing job of training me and making sure I had the confidence to be in this role even though I didn't have much experience when I first started out. I absolutely love working for this company and love my job.

Cons

The only Con I would say is some days having to spend a lot time in the car driving from dealership to dealership. However you can use this time to get admin work done along the way so it's only a Con if you let it be one!

Lots of opportunity to grow. Management listens. Reasonable goals. Great pay and great benefits. Company is open to feedback and thinks about people first, which is rare. Always working to better themselves and the employees that work within. If you like to work and you like competition, you'll like it here!

Cons

Your job is as good (or bad) as you manager.
