      Pros

      Credit Acceptance is truly a Great Place to Work. Leadership is approachable, they listen, and they respond. I've never worked for a company that implements feedback from it's team members and does so regularly and timely. Everyone is great to work with, great benefits, and great compensation; bonuses, profit sharing, holiday bonus, merit increases, anniversary awards, and company perks.

      Cons

      With continued and rapid growth comes change. So if you're not excited about change yet patient with process this may not be the place for you.
