Good Company for Call Center Career Growth

Pros

- Have figured out how to run great call centers with a good culture and strong career development - Senior management is very smart and very committed to the company's success - Goals at all levels are very well defined and operationally the company is very efficient

Cons

- Most goals are based on company performance, so investments in people only happen if they can obviously generate more money for the owners of the company (see senior management above) - Compensation is fair, but nothing special - HR has turned over numerous times over the years which doesn't allow for a lot of organizational trust
