      Pros

      Nice people, decent work environment, good company culture. Upper Management is solid. Ebonics is allowed when speaking with customers if that's your dialect.

      Cons

      most supervisors are hired from within and have no prior experience in supervision of employees so can overreact when a small issue arises. No positive reinforcement by supervisors.

      Loved my job attending auto auctions to market repossessed vehicles through the auto auctions.

      Cons

      Was on a airplane three to four days a week, every week. Staying in too many hotel rooms!

      racist supervisors, they don't listen to complaints if you go to them about an complaint they say you are negative and not a good fit for the company they let you go. favoritism.
