      Pros

      The people are great to work with. The atmosphere is relaxed and there is a real sense of family. There is always more work to do, as the company is constantly growing and looking to improve.

      Cons

      Some of the management can micromanage and set unreasonable expectations. The desire to get things done quickly can sometimes lead to the wrong decisions being made

      Pros

      Credit Acceptance offer great advancement opportunities after 6 mos. The also have great Profit Sharing, and Incentive Programs. The CEO and VP's are very down to earth, there is truly an open door policy here! Employees take PRIDE in what they do... it can be as simple as answering a phone call or securing the building everything is done with tact.

      Cons

      None that I can think of right now........I am very satisfied.
