      Make your own schedule Build a lot of in person relationships

      Can easily be turned into a scape a goat and be fed into the higher management by your Director, just so that they can buy time on their job bc they suck. The product is great. The other teams are wonderful as well. Just not the Directors’

      Pros

      I loved helping people but as 1 of the only white people I was treated like an outcast. The same month I was given an award for meeting goals I was put on a written write up for "not meeting my goals" even asked how and never got a response.
