Pros

Job itself is pretty easy. Can average around 1500$ a month bonus

Cons

Reduced hours so less income overall. There are weeks I work around 27 hours a week but I signed up to be a full time employee. The pandemic has affected business. Extreme micromanaging and toxic coworkers. Supervisors will listen to your private conversations via your headphone earpiece. Rude dealers occasionally. It can be hard to palate an uneducated dealer from the middle of nowhere yelling at you because youre not approving their loan but it doesn't happen too often. True promotions are hard to achieve. They consider people switching to a different department with less pay a "promotion"

Pros

Good pay, profit sharing, nice benefits package

Cons

The type of culture here is not for everyone. It is highly numbers driven and people are often looked at as numbers as well. There are goals they want to hit and oftentimes dont care about the people that they knock down to get there. It is a shame.
