      Pros

      Come as you are, team driven, collaborative approach to business and innovation. We care deeply about our teammates, our dealers and our end loan consumers. Have been in companies that like to say they have this type of culture when they really don't. It is nice to be somewhere that feels like family and encourages positive, professional conflict to incite best possible outcomes. Benefits are good too.

      Cons

      None. A big stretch would be have to more places to whiteboard and brainstorm creatively as teams.

      Pros

      The scheduling was wonderful, but after they started being shady, there was no one able to replace the late night schedule and people couldn’t switch.

      Cons

      Exactly as the title states. The supervisors carried the repo dept as if it was a high school. Poorly trained leaders. Just shady.
