Pros

Credit Acceptance goes above and beyond to take care of their employees and offer a great place to work. They have 3 main company goals: 1. Forbes Top 10 Best Place to Work. 2. One Million new loans per year. 3. $1,000 Share Price (CACC - Nasdaq). The MAM position offers a competitive salary plus car allowance and bonuses that easily totals more than $100k per year. Work from home with excellent work/life balance and flexibility. The company is currently in a huge growth phase, which sets up well for the MAM position going forward.

Cons

There aren't many true negatives to working for Credit Acceptance. However, that doesn't mean the job is easy. If you aren't comfortable presenting complex solutions to customers who think they don't have a problem, you may want to reconsider. You have to continually work hard and focus on production. As long as you are hitting/exceeding your numbers the sky is the limit.

Pros

18 years ago I got hired in at Credit Acceptance after I was laid off. I figured it was an ok job to tide me over till I found something better. I am starting to give up hope. Kidding aside, the company has given me the tools, opportunity and personal freedom necessary for me to provide outstanding results. The work is truly rewarding. The people I work with are like family. Its great.

Cons

We pride ourselves at being a great place to work. Some employees seem to think that this is determined by what the company does for them. It's really about what we all do for each other. If that's the worst I have, you know its not bad.

Cons

I don't really have any cons with the company. It has been around a very long time and nothing negative to say so far
