Lack of true leadership from the DOS. This company has a lot of turnover because everyone is being held to the same standards no matter which market that you manage. Life’s not fair, but it’s ridiculous if you think a small town in the south will perform like a big city up north. Reasonable expectations don’t exist and there will continue to be turnover with this company and here’s what they don’t tell you. When you take over the markets, MANY of them haven’t been touched in months. So the dealer has already gone cold to you and then you’ve got more damage control that needs to be done because of the lack of care by both the RVP and DOS.

Consider most of their territory’s temporary jobs. They think every territory should grow like their best markets and fire multiple people every month. Out of touch upper management that forces their “expectations or bust” attitude. Have a bad 6 months here even with tenure and succes and you’ll be looking for a new job.
