      Pros

      I am constantly impressed and pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and collaboration of the people I work with. If you need help with something, you'll have a lot of people pitching in. Senior management is very approachable and supportive. For a while I was waiting for the other shoe to drop, because I couldn't believe how awesome people here are, but it's real. I also appreciate that you can take risks and fail. We are encouraged to try out new things. If we continue with this part of the culture, there will always be innovation and creativity. Great location, love our cafe (best cappuccinos in the city). I'm also proud to work for an organization that is making an impact in consumer's lives.

      Cons

      Need more manager training and development. I think managers have the right intentions, but they need help. We already have some things in place, so I think we are moving in the right direction. It's a culture of a lot of meetings - not sure how to change that, or if that should even be changed, but it took some getting used to.
