      Pros

      I came from a company that only cared about the bottom line prior to Credit Karma. Although I developed great partnerships there that offered perks and flexibility for me as an individual, not being able to put the employee first was extremely difficult to me as Human Resources. I’ve been with CK for almost 2 years now, and that’s not the case here. The leadership is truly committed to making this a great place to work. Not only that, my managers are committed to my success and career advancement. They make sure I’m aware of how I can grow with the company as we scale and transform. Upvotes to Drew, Ragini and my Dream Talent Experience Team! I am so grateful to have the opportunity to make a difference. CK is doing well and our product actually seeks to benefit the end user. TL;DR: If you’re interviewing, choose CK. If you are an employee, come talk to Talent Experience (formerly HR). Each and every member of our team cares about you.

      Cons

      Almost every review here mentioned growth in some way, so I don’t need to reiterate it. They’re good problems to have. The office space doesn’t quite feel like home yet, but we’re working on it. I wish we were a little more flexible with remote days; being in a different environment can invite creativity.

Our employees are working very hard at preserving the values that we have always embodied and that continue to define our success. They do it on their own accord because they sincerely care. That's compelling and deters the red tape and politics you mentioned above. We have very little turnover, especially in our early employees, which lends to a strong foundation. Nonetheless, we acknowledge and empathize that what you have described was your employee experience and perception of us. We regret that you did not have a positive journey. Wishing you all the best!
