      Great culture, great CEO, good equity package, and excessive amounts of swag

      Cons

      Only place I've worked at where I've had to file an HR complaint, let alone multiple. HR representative lied repeatedly and never investigated my reports. Leadership refused to address them either. Going forward multiple people have reported the same person and no action has been taken.

      Solving some real challenges in personal finance space that is deeply engraved in our discussion as well

      1. All thing Scala, platform techstack is tied rigidly with Scala, hence using any other jvm language also is difficult. 2. Coming from startup culture, development here feels very slow. 3. Work-life balance is bad due to cross timezone setup.
