      Pros

      Awesome benefits, really smart people, great culture, no toxic behavior that I’ve experienced. Just a lot of experienced professionals who are good at their job and take pride in their work

      Cons

      Small gripe: office is awesome but location could be better (ballantyne is really only convenient for south Charlotte), but the effort they put into making it a nice place is very clear and appreciated

      Pros

      Great learning environment, not overly clicky/corporate-like like I've seen in other companies. People take the member experience and financial progress mission seriously. Also great work-life balance and salaries, in my experience.

      Cons

      Occasionally there can be a lot of red tape/stakeholders to involve to launch new initiatives.
