      - Leadership is super transparent - Coworkers are highly motivated and sharp - Compensation is very competitive - People really care about improving the product to help our members champion financial progress

      Cons

      - On occasion working hours can be quite long - up to 60 hrs a week. Not super common but happens. - Not a lot of time for continuous improvement. The org I'm in is very outcome focused, no one cares if I learn a new analytical technique. Any further education has come from me putting in time outside of work.

      Too much focus on engeeering. After engeeering it's marketing team that gets focus and money. All other teams are not recognized or get promoted
