      Lots of politics, questionable promotions, and some teams don't function well. Lots of talent walking away. Lots of talent not getting promoted.

      Distracted exec suite- focused on the acquisition and not addressing some core issues within culture (see previous reviews) Massive attrition, especially at the senior leadership level- driven by lack of recognition and lack of significant upside with the deal Rampant favoritism, politics, back stabbing
