Pros

I worked for Crescent Bank as Lead Business Analyst at risk department from March 2022 to January 2023. The team building activities is a great opportunity to connect with coworkers from different offices and build meaningful relationships on a more personal level. These activities provided a chance to have some fun and make lasting connections.

Cons

Management frequently assigned tasks that required significant effort to complete over a short period. This resulted in me and other team members being forced to work overtime and under stressful conditions. When I had difficulties with your working visa, the company laid me off abruptly without any compensation or notice, even through I still could work on CPT. They said they were not obligated to offer prior notice or compensation. After leaving that job, I was able to find a new opportunity that offered a higher salary and a higher job title. I feel relieved that I no longer have to work there.
