I would say the pro is that with relatively family owned business you really get to know your co-workers.

Cons

Not enough upward mobility in most areas of the bank. Pay scale not competitive in most positions. Opinions that matter only come from Senior management

I don't have any cons at present. Crescent truly is a great place to work and I am very thankful to be an employee of Crescent Bank.

Pros

Fantastic hours plus I can make up time for appointments within the same time period, relaxed dress code (We can wear jeans and tennis everyday), great supervisor (no micro managing). We know what our jobs are and we do them without having someone standing over us.

Cons

Everyone sits on top of each other and can hear every word spoken. Communication from management could be improved.
