There is plenty of opportunity - you must work for it and seek it out! Leaders are open to new ideas - you have to sell your ideas presenting the value to the organization. They want to do well and want to reward employees. New offices in Metairie create an inviting environment each day. Great team of co-workers who make the days go quickly and accept challenges with vigor and enthusiasm. A generous wellness program.
Cons
Change is pretty consistent - if that doesn't work for you, neither would working here. Being open to better ways to work and working with others is important to finding success here.
