      Culture is great. Strong work/life balance. Allows for autonomy.

      Cons

      Lowish Salary for job requirements. But, considering the cost of living in the area the salary is more than enough.

      Salaries - inconsistent across the board Mediocre Benefits Senior Executive Team in it for themselves and NOT the betterment of the company overall Misguided accountability SET does NOT follow the Values they set for the Organization

      culture is good and lot of great employees

      Cons

      bad bonus structures bad pay structures (laborers can make alot more than folks bringing in millions of dollars in sales due to hourly overtime opportunities vs salary with poor bonus structure) becoming more and more corporate by the day. No longer feels like a family owned local business
