bad pay structures (laborers can make alot more than folks bringing in millions of dollars in sales due to hourly overtime opportunities vs salary with poor bonus structure)
becoming more and more corporate by the day. No longer feels like a family owned local business
Upper Management is out of touch, owner is literally 95 years old. Regular problems are tedious and would normally be avoidable with proper policies implemented by Upper management but none nothing changes
